3.       You represent and warrant to ContentGuard that the text or other information submitted by you to ContentGuard, and the output of that text or other information, does not and will not

                                 i.            infringe any third party's copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights or right of publicity or privacy;

                                ii.            violate any applicable law, statute, ordinance or regulation;

                              iii.            be defamatory or libelous;

                               iv.            be lewd, pornographic or obscene;

                                v.            violate any laws, including any laws regarding unfair competition, discrimination, or false advertising; or

                               vi.            contain viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancelbots, or other similar harmful or deleterious programming routines or material.
 

Further, you agree that you will hold harmless and indemnify ContentGuard and its affiliates from and against violation of your representations hereunder, including any infringement of the copyrights or other intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity or other unlawful activity arising out of the output by this site resulting from any text or other materials provided by you.

4.       ContentGuard would like your Feedback. In the event that you provide Feedback in any way, you agree that ContentGuard shall have a non-exclusive, unlimited, sub-licensable, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, non-terminable, non-cancelable right to use, copy and exploit in any manner all such Feedback, including but not limited to, use by incorporation of Feedback into computer programs and documentation for assignment, license, or other transfer to third parties and the right to use, in any manner and for any purpose, any information gained as a result of your Feedback.

5.       You warrant that you have the right to provide the Feedback and, if you are providing the Feedback on behalf of an entity, you warrant that you have the right to provide it on behalf of the entity.

6.       ContentGuard reserves the right to decline to provide services with respect to any person, or any text or other materials, for any reason whatsoever.
 

7.       This site and the services are protected by U.S. and international copyright, patent, trademarks laws and other intellectual property laws.

8.       Except for allowing you to use the site and the service for your use as set forth above, when you use the site or the service you are not receiving a license or any other rights from us, including intellectual property or other proprietary rights of ContentGuard. In particular, you are granted no patent license including no license expressly, impliedly, or by implication or otherwise. 

9.       Without limiting the generality of the restrictions on the use you are permitted to make of the site and the service you agree:

1. You will not interfere with others use of the site, including by interrupting other users' sessions, or otherwise act in a way that negatively affects other users' enjoyment of the service;
